About the Artist

I am a full time creative and a polymath that finds joy in many things! I paint, design, edit videos, copywriter, teach classes, and manage content creation for a couple local business's social media accounts. This odd combination of skills also allows me to offer creative consulting services. How I got here is an interesting story. I graduated at 17 and started Boise State University only to realize I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I grew up. I dropped out after my freshman year and spent 12 years in finance and banking. Did I mention I love spreadsheets? About 10 years ago I started painting for fun. I was guided by many YouTube videos and online tutorials. Practice-makes-better and little did I know that one morning, I would find myself opening my car door with the words “just quit your job” blaring out the radio. Being the sensible gal I am, I took that as a sign and proceeded to do just that! I put in my two weeks and never looked back! I've been inspired to help as many people as I can find their inner creative child, because I believe we all have one. I do this through my art, and digital storytelling on various platforms,

I live an eccentric life. My studio is located in the woods of Colton, Oregon. I manage our 40 acre timber property with my husband, 5 bunnies, 30 chickens, 4 cats, and a pug. One of the bunnies; named Monet lives in my art studio. My hobbies and sources of inspiration include extreme off road adventures into the high mountains and deep woods. We hike, camp, and explore every chance we get. I also garden and dabble in creating my own plant medicine. Nature is Art and fuels my creative spirit.
